Jillian & Brady’s wedding was absolutely filled with joy and peace from start to finish. These two love birds met during their freshman year at Baylor University while both were enrolled in marching band. In their own words, Jill and Brady were friends for almost a whole year before they started actually dating. This couple is literally anything but boring. During their time in college they pursued vibrant community through their church, excellence in their studies (Brady: music education, Jill: interior design), and good fun with rad friends. I don’t know about you, but that sounds like the ultimate college experience. Brady proposed to Jill the morning of their graduation ceremony at a picnic he had staged as their “last date in Waco”. In Jill’s words, “it was the sweetest day–one of the best I’ve lived yet.”
While everyone wants this kind of wedding day, not all weddings are full of both joy AND peace the entire day…trust me. So how did they accomplish this? Jill and Brady not only hired a killer vendor team, but a STELLAR wedding planner. Hiring a truly high quality wedding planner is the best way to ensure that your wedding day both runs smoothly and give you peace of mind the entire day–and planning process. Although many venues come with a day-of venue coordinator, I would highly suggest hiring a professional third party wedding planner. In my experience, the venue coordinator only cares about matters related to the venue, not necessarily the rest of the planning process. If you want a smooth, stress-free wedding, hire a professional, highly recommended wedding planner. I promise you won’t regret it.
Jill & Brady’s January wedding was nothing short of amazing. Although the weather was a bit chilly, Jill was a trooper and we were able to get stellar images that perfectly reflected the joy of their wedding day.
